We are looking for a partner to whom we can entrust - on the basis of and in harmony with the general supervisory project of the tourist-cultural and tourist-environmental structures in the territory - the management of the complex of structures and plants going under the name of 'Terme di Equi', which are present in Equi Termi and which we here make a list:

3 star hotel

The same partner will be responsible for the development and external national and international promotion of the Terme di Equi.

Why invest in Equi Terme?
A tradition of thermal Spas consolidated over nearly a century.

Easily accessible: about 20 minutes from the Aulla exit of A15 motorway. Pisa Airport about 1 hour 15 min. Railway station in Equi Terme. Port of La Spezia, about 40 mins. Access by road or railway.
