Motorway connections from the province of Massa-Carrara
The A12 motorway (Genoa – Leghorn) gives easy access to the Province of Massa Carrara. Both Massa and Carrara have their own motorway exits. From the A12 you can reach other centres in the Province like Marina di Massa, Marina di Carrara, Fosdinovo, the "Parco delle Apuane".
The best exits for Lunigiana are ‘Aulla’ and ‘Pontemoli’ on the A15 (Parma – La Spezia) from which you can reach the various localities (Aulla, Pontemoli, Bagnone, Filattiera, Podenzana, Licciana Nardi).
From Massa and Carrara you can quickly reach the most important Italian cities.
